Ordering Policies Effective January 1, 2009

1. Pursue is a professional skincare line sold predominately to Spas, Resorts and licensed skin care professionals. Proof of professional and business licenses may be requested at any time. Copies of resale licenses must be supplied to company.

2. Opening order minimum is $250.00

3. Minimum orders of $100.00 for all purchases.

4. All orders will be billed for shipping and handling charges and must be prepaid by the shipping date. Pursue accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

5. Personal checks must clear prior to shipping. There will be a $38.00 charge for returned checks.

6. All orders will be shipped UPS Ground, FOB our warehouse in Los Angeles, California, unless otherwise requested. Delivery times are determined by the carrier according to your location. Pursue accepts no responsibility for delays.

7. Rush delivery charges will apply on expedited shipments. The purchaser is responsible for receiving deliveries. If the shipment is returned or refused it will not be reshipped without prepayment of shipping charges.

8. Items received as damaged must be reported immediately to the carrier and to your account representative. Items found missing from your order must be reported to your account representative within 2 business days of receipt of delivery.

9. All returns must be previously authorized by Pursue. Shipments returned to our warehouse without a return authorization number will be refused. Products returned due to defect or damage will be replaced with the identical item at the discretion of Pursue. All other returns must be returned at the buyer’s expense. No cash refunds. A 25% restocking fee will be charged for each item returned.

10. Orders are accepted in Santa Monica, California. The laws of California shall apply to all transactions and enforcement of conditions, and disagreement will be mediated prior to being brought to the courts in Los Angeles Superior Court in Santa Monica, California.
